You will be asked to assign benefits directly to our office and to pay any deductible or co-payment at the time services are rendered.

It is important we have current insurance information so that our knowledgeable claims staff can make every attempt to help you receive the maximum benefit from your insurance company. Please be aware that most insurance companies will not cover all dental costs, but may pay for fixed allowances for certain procedures or pay a percentage of the total charges; therefore, the patient is ultimately responsible for his or her own balance.
